We will drive first to Dachau KZ which is located just outside of the cobble stone streets of Dachau village. (Please see Dachau Tour 2 for pictures and information for the former Dachau Concentration Camp, now Memorial Site)
After your tour of the grounds of the Dachau Memorial Site, you may attend a film in English made by the Allied troops after the liberation.
There is a large photographic exhibition you may visit on your own.

After your visit to Dachau we will return to Munich for lunch in a impressive ambient before continuing with a city tour of Munich of your choice and interests.

Frauen Church with view from Marienplatz, Munich.

A one hour city tour of Munich can then be made by car before returning to your hotel.

For Example:

Feldherrnhalle (Field Marshal's Hall), Hall of Fame and Statue of Bavaria, Nymphenburg Palace and Park, Amalienburg, Badenburg, Pagodenburg and Magdalenenklause (Hermitage) or Marstallmuseum (Museum of Carriages and Sleighs in the former Royal Stables) and Museum of Nymphenburg Porcelain.

Nymphenburg, Munich

There is much time needed to visit all of the above, but several of the locations may be visited in combination with a Dachau tour. On a four hour city tour more is possible. At the end of the tour you may like to visit Residence Museum, Cuvilliés Theater, and the Treasury or be returned to your hotel. Please inquire for more tips during our tour.

Possible is a combination with Tour 20 (History of Jewish Life in Munich).
